Your customers will have the ability to come back to your website time and time again to check their point balances, gift card balances, how many points they need to earn that free laptop, and while they are there, check out your latest products and promotions.
You can add this feature to your website by creating a link or by adding some lines of code which we will provide for you and just like that your customers can check their activity directly from your website.
When setting up a customers account, you will have the options of using many identifiers for a “Customers ID”. For example, their agreement number, phone number, last name, last four digits of their social, etc… For the purposes of this example we will use a simple link and a customer id of 2323 to demonstrate the awesomeness of the Customer Balance Lookup feature.
